Implementation & Pricing

Although we always consider the specific needs of every client, the preferred implementation method is to install, house and manage the White Fox software remotely on a server. The software and databases are accessed via the internet. In this model, the maintenance of the hardware and Microsoft SQL Server database licensing is included in the fee structure. Even though the software is installed remotely, processes can still be created to manually or automatically transfer up-to-date information from existing Human Resources software and databases.

The White Fox LMS software is licensed on a per-user basis. The license fees are based on the organization’s total number of users. For more information and a specific quote for your organization, give us a call at (615) 377-6116.

Support Agreement

The White Fox LMS requires an annual support agreement, which includes initial system implementation, software training for up to 5 company employees, software technical support, all software upgrades during the contract period and 50 hours of custom programming annually. Additional custom programming is available.
